My name is Helen, and I am the artist.

i have brought together my love of animals (particularly dogs) together with my passion of painting, you can view my collection in the SHOP page above.

I was born in Cheshire, England in 1975, and pursued my passion for art & design to degree level. I continued painting in my spare time whilst i worked after university, but i always knew that all i wanted to do was to paint! I have donated some of my artwork recently to charities whom work hard to raise money to help rescued dogs.

Acrylic paint is my preferred medium to express the animals in my paintings. Although at first glance my artwork may look simplistic, i hope that you will be drawn into the character of the dog i am portraying, and see the time and thought that has gone into creating each design.

Hopefully be able to see the character of your own dogs within my paintings too!

When i'm not busy painting, i am either out and about exercising my dogs, curled up with my dogs on the sofa watching a film, decorating the house or spending time with my family.

I hope you enjoy looking at my art as much as i loved painting it, and hope i can continue painting for a long time to come!
