SOME ITEMS WILL BE PACKAGED USING RE-USED CARDBOARD, FOR ENVIRONMENTAL PURPOSES.

HAND PAINTED ITEMS MAY VARY SLIGHTLY TO THE PHOTOS ILLUSTRATED - DUE TO THE NATURE OF THEM BEING HAND-PAINTED.

MISSING

If your item has not been delivered please contact us using the form below.

DAMAGED ITEMS

please let us know if your item arrives damaged, Please inform us of the details in the form below.

REPLACE

Before posting, we check all out items, however if we have missed a mark or scratch etc, we do apologise, and we are happy to arange & discuss replacing your item, please contact below, within 7 days.

RETOUCH

Should you find your hand painted artwork needs touching up when you have received it, please contact us below to arrange this within 7 days of receipt.

REFUND

If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, please contact us below with the details of this. Please inform us within 7 days of receipt, and return the item within 14 days, along with all the original packaging. We do not carry the costs for returns. Item must be received by us in the condition in which it was sent , and within the conditions stated above, in order for a refund to be issued.
